Center Energy offers ways of staying centered and healthy, while reducing stress and building body strength. While the program continues to focus on people living with HIV, all are welcome. Many GLBT seniors find the program helpful as do others looking to explore a regular workout routine.     Project Empower, a wellness program run by personal trainer David Lewis, has recently added a second meeting time. The group will now meet at 730 pm on Mondays and Thursdays at Bering Church. The program teaches people living with HIV full-body stretching, yoga, weight training, cardio, and always includes new information on diet and nutrition.
