Houston has been chosen as the site of the National Gay Flag Football League’s Gay Bowl XI, scheduled October 7–9, 2011. As many as 28 teams from throughout the country are expected to compete in this national tournament played on the eight lighted fields of Houston Sportsplex in southwest Houston.
