Lady Gaga announced that she is set to open the “2011 MTV Video Music Awards” during “MTV First: Lady Gaga” to thousands of fans in Times Square as her Little Monsters revealed the news via a banner right in the center of New York City. She also introduced her new music video “Yoü and I” for its television premiere and responded to questions from fans on TV and online at mtv.com.
