    Project Empower, a wellness program run by personal trainer David Lewis, has recently added a second meeting time. The group will now meet at 730 pm on Mondays and Thursdays at Bering Church. The program teaches people living with HIV full-body stretching, yoga, weight training, cardio, and always includes new information on diet and nutrition. The program is free and anyone living with HIV is welcome. For more information, contact David at 713.240.5508. at 7:30 am
