GLAAD Receives $33,000 Contribution From AT&T
The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation announced in early February that it is the recipient of a $33,000 contribution from AT&T. The contribution was awarded to GLAAD in support of its Student Fellowship Program which trains and prepares young adults for future professional success by providing hands-on experience working with GLAAD staff and other media professionals.
“We are proud to continue our relationship with AT&T, who has been a generous corporate partner for many years,” said GLAAD President Neil G. Giuliano. “Their support of our culture-changing work and their commitment to training the next generation of leaders is critical as we continue to bring attention to the common ground we all share.” – by Nancy Ford
