The Big Cat Nap
It’s spring and, as always, Harry is busy with her farm, her community, and her husband. Her (and our) beloved animal companions are always at hand (and always entertaining). Mechanics are being killed, tires are being stolen, and Harry can’t stay out of it. Good thing the “kids” are there to make sure Harry “gets it” and finds the killer. This book evokes all the beauty of Virginia, lets us visit with characters that have become old friends, and gives us a great story. This book is a gem, even for Ms. Brown. Happy 20h Anniversary, Sneaky Pie! Random House (randomhouse.com). —Review: Angel Curtis
