At first glance, Riley Connors seems to be your usual bartender/law student/bad girl. But all of her secrets begin to emerge when the bad guys decide to misbehave. Though it’s obvious Riley has a dangerous past and even more dangerous connections, all hell breaks completely loose when the bad guys threaten her super-hot cop girlfriend. This book is rollicking, competently written fun with a cliffhanger ending that leaves this reviewer salivating for Book Two.
