A festive crowd was on hand to celebrate LGBT History Month with the Greater Houston LGBT Chamber of Commerce on October 27, 2022. Two new local history banners created by The Banner Project were unveiled, honoring Houston Pride parade founder Larry Bagneris and community photographer Dalton DeHart.
