AIDS Foundation Houston, Inc. (AFH) will host the annual World AIDS Day Luncheon, presented by Chevron, on Friday, December 6, 2019. Project Runway All Stars winner, Under The Gunn mentor and HIV/AIDS awareness advocate Mondo Guerra will provide the keynote address, and Bruce Richman, executive director of Prevention Access Campaign’s Undetectable=Untransmittable (U=U) movement, will be honored with the 2019 Shelby Hodge Vision Award.

Co-chaired by Carrie Brandsberg-Dahl, Adrian Dueñas and Duyen Nguyen and presented by Chevron, this annual event raises awareness about HIV while remembering the community members lost to AIDS. Funds raised at the luncheon support AFH in its mission to prevent new transmissions and provide housing and supportive services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
