Writers in the Schools (WITS)’ talented poets perform a slam poetry session in concert with our winter art installation “Hello Trees! A Walking Serenade” at our first event in the Friday Night Sounds Series.

This interactive artwork interprets voice into light and sound, carrying a visual message from arc to arc down the Brown Promenade. Watch these poets create experimental art forms that examine how we communicate, as words become visible and light becomes audible.
