Get a taste of The Macallan “Mac & Cheese” at the March edition of Hotel Alessandra’s monthly mixology series. Every Saturday afternoon from 3-4:30 pm, Lucienne restaurant’s bar plays host to an intimate cocktail class that this month pairs the classic, premium Scottish whisky with a selection of specialty cheeses selected by Executive Chef Jose Hernandez.
