Celebrate Mexican Independence at the Mexican Consulate in Houston! The Consulate is hosting a Kick-Off Party on September 15 from 6pm-10pm. The exhibit will showcase dozens of pieces of art from the Oaxaca region and will have traditional food and drinks from Zignum Mezcal.
