Bogdan Mihai is opening his most recent solo exhibition called “Nature Remembered” at Silver Street Studios in Houston.

The show will be on view at the West Gallery at Silver Street Studios from January 1-28, open daily Monday through Saturday 9-5. Silver Street Studios is located at 2000 Edwards Street in Houston.

The Opening Reception will take place on January 12, from 5-8 pm.

Do you remember how your grandmother always placed things of value on top of a hand woven doily? Bogdan has created a series of images of animal porcelain figurines, each with its own doily created from natural elements. The images remind us all of how we need to treat the natural world we live in with special care and attention.
