The Houston Downtown Management District (Downtown District) hosts its annual Saint Patrick’s Day Concert at Market Square Park on Saturday, March 16, 2019, at 2 p.m. Following the 60th annual Houston St. Patrick’s Day Parade (12 to 1:30 p.m.), which takes a new turn through Downtown’s Historic District this year, Market Square Park will come alive with food, lawn games and free live music from local Celtic rock band Murder the Stout.
