Thunderclap Productions presents the world premiere of Adi Teodoru's MELVILLE & HAWTHORNE, directed by Andrew Ruthven. In this latest play in our award-winning John Steven Kellett Memorial Series of LGBTQ+ works, Teodoru chronicles the growing feelings between Herman Melville and Nathaniel Hawthorne, as Melville wrote MOBY DICK (which is dedicated to Hawthorne). The play is inspired by true events. Recommended for teens and adults. Tickets are $25 general admission, $15 for students, $15 for theatre professionals on industry night (Aug. 5), and Pay-What-You-Can on opening night (Aug. 1).
